Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This allows you adequate time to ensure your equipment meets our high standards and integrates perfectly into your coffee routine.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
  • Item must show no signs of wear, installation, or use
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Based on hygiene and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Caffitaly Capsules (opened or unopened)
  • Descaler / Cleaner products
  • Filters of any type
  • Opened accessories including Frothers, Steam Wands, and Pannarello attachments

These restrictions ensure the safety and quality standards we maintain for all our valued customers.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information using our template below.

2Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

3Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your original invoice.

4Ship Your Return

Ship the package to our Toronto facility using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return approval
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval

Exchanges
